Hello.. I am a mother of 4 months baby I am a C section mom From which months I can start exercise

A. Hello mom You have to wait until till your baby turns six months old. Then only you can start doing a basic exercise routine. Till the time you should not start doing any type of exercise because our body needs a total rest. Otherwise it can affect your health. You can maintain a diet that you can do, but don’t do any sort of exercise.
