hello,I am 7weeks pregnant. Actually I ate just one meetha paan without supari today then I googled and it says paan can cause miscarriage.I don't eat paan regularly just had one today so is it okay actually I m worried

better take a diet chart from nutritionist as what to have and what not..
have a healthy and balanced diet
keep yourself well hydrated
follow your gynaecologist
