Hello i am 7 and half weeks pregnant. Does early pregnancy symptoms come and go? Some days i feel extremely tired and also have mild abdominal pain and some days I don’t feel at all. Is this normal?

A. yes it can happen. you can do a scan to confirm.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
