Hello had C-section 2 months back. wearing belt ..tummy reduced but again now it came out and is not reducing. is it normal?

A. see one point that yiu mske cclear is that belt eill not cut yiur fat okmbest. id thet yiu eat in limit and take lots of fruit abs vegetables to lose
