hello good morning mera son 7 years ka he uske aage k 4 teeth gir gaye he but bahot time ho gaya ek bhi teeth nahi aaya kya kare?

usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. The most common reason as to why a permanent tooth doesn't erupt is because there isn't enough space for it. Permanent teeth at the front of the mouth are wider than the primary teeth that they'll replace so if there's not enough space, the permanent tooth won't have room to come in.
