My baby completed 6 months today, from last 2 weeks she is having cold, will be more in morning and she will be normal at noon. Again at night cold becomes more....their is no problem in her activities, she is very active. I was giving Kofarest PD drops and solvinCold AF drops. Should I continue to give above medications ??

cough and cold may be infective  or allergic in cause.give dusteam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also give maxtra drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.
