Hello Experts, my son is 6.5 yrs old, his upper front central one tooth started wobbling, which is not in order as expected, his baby teeth lower front middle teeth appeared first, but while falling out upper central is coming out first shall i see his dentist?

A. hello mam no it is nothing to worry about. the upper and lower front teeth are first ones to come sometimes the upper teeth came first instead of lower front teeth.
