Hello expert Can you please tell that my son lower tooth came like this is this normal or having crooked teeth?

A. No there is no problem with that teeth initially would come like this only so need not worry about it says that temporary once there is no problem they come like this only but when the permanent teeth are going to come it is going to be in a proper shape and format no problems at all
