hello everyone mera c.section delivery hua 2year 5 months phle exercise ke karan mere abhi 2,3 days se mere stitches ki jagah thoda khichav sa gya h Or usi jagah dard bhi ho ra Or stitches ke nisan phle ki jagah thoda niche ho gya kya kru koi problem to nhi hogi plz help me๐
