hello everyone im a mother of 3 months 22 days baby girl when to start a yoga or exercise after c section to get relief of backpain

A. no. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

A. Hello mom You have to wait till your baby turned six months old. Till the time you cannot even starting a basic exercise routine. After that you can start doing exercise or yoga regularly. And if you are a lactating mother then you should also maintain
