Hello Dr. my son is 6 months old. he is facing problem of loose motion like water. usually his stool in green, white yellow. He has hard gums and takes everything inside whatever he finds.

A. may be inf .Loose stool can cause dehydration there fore milk should be avoided for some days as it is not digested well and give o r s to baby to prevent dehydration . Also give zinc drop and probiotic
