Hello Dr. my son is 4 yr old . He has always cough in winter . I checked from my dr. His chest is always clear. Bt he has running nose in winter after some days again again . I give him sinarest syrup. My son is 9 yrs old he has too same problem in winters please give me some solution

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
alongf with that cough expectorant and decongesdrtant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
