Q.
my son is 4 yrs old n other is 9 yrs old . They has cough problem in winters .I give them sinarest syrup . please give me some other solution . They seems like chest blocked bt our dr. told us chest is clear.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongevstant wtith antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. whenever your kids are having cough and cold you should make sure that both are taking steam properly and giving warm compression on chest back neck and feet will help recover fast also make them wear socks even if they are not feeling cold
