hello Dr my niece is 18 months old he is not talking he respond understand everything he will action he hear clearly but not talking what to do plz suggest me

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist3 years agoA. by 1 year baby will be saying monosyllables atleast. it will improve eventually, and by 2 years baby should be able to follow simple commands and should speak 2 word sentences. by 3 years it's 3 word sentences. may vary a little . .

if your child speak small words then no need to worry about this matter
Please spend more time with your child and take interest in your child activity
Please buy some educational toys for your child like Babyhug building blocks wooden puzzle flash cards etc
