hello dr my daughter is 14 yrs old with down syndrome she got matured on 15 of May then she got her next period on 15 June but in July she got her period on 6 of July with heavy bleeding is it normal or should I consult to dr please suggest me...

A. In the initial a few cycles although the periods may be irregular it is always advisable that you consult your doctor and take necessary treatment if the bleeding is essentially heavyWrite Your Answer Here

A. hi mom if it is heavy bleeding then yes u should consult with the gynecologist for proper examination and treatment .. maintain menstrual chart and consult with your gynecologist ..
