my baby is 3 month old.....I have tried Evey possible thing to increase breast milk I have tried home remedies too like jeera Ajwine daliya shatavari power lactcare medicine.....my daughter is on formula milk almost 80%.....plzz suggest me to increase my milk flow m very worried.

if baby is on formula then your supply will reduce further as it depends upon suckling reflex of baby.
the more frequently baby sucks.
more stimulation is there

Ma’am It’s okay if your breast feed is not increasing please don’t be hassled don’t be guilty don’t feel bad a lot of women do not have sufficient breastfeeding they switch to formula feeding only your child will be no less an immunity or anything don’t trouble yourself mentally by  having so many medicines it is going to affect your system as well
