Hello Dr., my baby boy is 1month old, m not able to feed him coz of no nipples and less supply of milk(droplets only) also taking lactanic granules and GTX. Still no progress in milk production. Baby is on formula from day 1 only. Please suggest something. Also tried manual n automatic breast pumper, syringe, nipple sheet n many more.

If If you have tried everything yet the breastfeeding of the mother is not increasing for the child then I’m just going to advise you as of now that you should start giving formula feeding to the child because it is not possible sometimes to make sufficient breastfeeding to the child which is why it is always suggested to go ahead with formula feeding them
