hi dr ... I am very unlucky girl coz m not able to feed my baby coz I don't have milk but I want to feed my baby ..pls help me how to get milk instantly pls dr ..

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk.
