Hello Dr mere ladke ko fever aur vomiting ho rhi hai usko dr ke pas leke gye the to unone Meftal- P aur Ondem diya tha wo maine 10:30pm ko diya use. ab uska vomiting to ok hai but uska fever nhi utar rha hai tbse abhibhi 101.5 fever hai kya kru kuch suggest kijiye please

A. The first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. Give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever Armpit temperatudre of hundred or more is considered as fever To body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normadl temperature water. Higher medicines whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
