Hello dr. maine Tuesday ko meri 22months old daughter ki ear piercing kari hain. I apply neosporin ointment in the piercing area.. but now I sudden notice that in the piercing area is became red..nd the back side of the ear having some reddish blood type...it's not healing..how can I do now..therw is no pain and all
