Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home rejomedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications

As the baby is small, consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation.
Apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks babyrub on the chest and feet sole to get relief from cough and cold
