Hello dear mother it is common for the females to have back pain during an after pregnancy because of the ligament laxity as well as the excessive weight bearing and you can do minor back strengthening exercises which are available from YouTube and also you must Consult Orthopedic in and also check for your vitamin D and calcium levels and also do some physiotherapy it will become normal in few daysWrite Your Answer Here
