Hello does pomegranate in any way cause constipation???

Author of questionMom of a 6 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Okk sir thanks my son doesn't eat papaya, doctor refused to give banana, prunes I give him daily 3 disano pitted ones, still he remains constipated, how much quantity of pomegranate maximum can be given in a day?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no it will not cause constipation in fact it relieves Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
