A. hi not a single word ? if yes then please visit your pediatrician and speech therapist for once. limit your child screen time. ask simple questions , talk about your whole day activity to your child. it will help.

Q. hello doctor, my son is now 38 months whenever I told him say atoz he say correctly atoz he say number 1to 20 he can point sense organns eyes ,nose ,ear ,hair teeth tongue lip , he point everything what he wants he also follow simple commands like go and bring your milk bottle he ate parathas at all he repeat everything but not make a sentence by own is a speech delay should we introduce play school when he talks properly
