hello doctor my son is having fever from yesterday I have given fevago 250mg but today morning he didn't have any food he is drinking water n vomiting nothing is in his stomach what to do please help me he is not having anything 😢 please help me

A. hi give ors water, n plenty of fluids, if he keeps vomiting, than, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
