Hello Doctor, my son is 5 yrs old and getting rashes on his thighs and legs frequently and going away just by applying anti itch lotion but we could not get the cause for this issue. please suggest

A. Sometimes you do too much of sweat coming into that area or because of tight clothes if your child is wearing any of those it’s common to have sweat and because of this is happening try to make your child wear loose clothes and more of cotton clothes for your child even if the underwear that you’re using for the child should be loose and comfortable
