Hello doctor My baby's age is 2 years. He takes complete food but doesn't take milk.He hardly drinks 100ml milk .I wanted to know how much volume of milk is necessary in his daily diet

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist3 years agoA. hi mom that's fine don't worry can give milk in the form of milkshakes or paneer or curds or buttermilk or curd rice can add nuts powder in milk for adding flovor 100 to 200 ml is fine

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. About Omer minimum of 500 ml yo your child should be consuming percent in this case if your child is not much interested I would recommend You to give good really good amount of dairy products to the challenge that is going to be really very important
