Hello doctor , my baby is 3 month 20 days old ... she feel breathing issues in early morning and at night time .... but she have no cold ... her nose is very clear .... what to do suggest pls

A. baby is having congestion in the nose due to cold atmosphere saline n drops in the nose are useful cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
