Hello Doctor My baby boy two and half months old. His skin is not smooth. i have attached the photo. zincovit multi vitamins drops using, it's contain D3 & C vitamins whether we have to give D3 & C vitamins seperately or zincovit is enough plz suggest.

A. there is no attachment apply coconut oil For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
