Consult your doctor they will tell with the medicine that you can use as of now because if it is on the multiple parts then they will suggest you some ointment that you can use which is going to help in reducing it and if any oral medicine is also required and precautions to take because if it is spreading you need to have full understanding of problem why it is happening
