Hello Doctor, my 4-month-old daughter got a cough n a cold, cold is fine now but cough is not getting fine it's been one week since the syrup was given to the baby. what I should do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.
Try to prevent temperature variationsx around the child
You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold
Continue the regular diet of the child
If there isz no improvement in few days then meet your doctor
For fever and pain give paracetamol
