Hello doctor My 13 year old son is having mild fever can I give him a half dolo 650 tablet ? And do i need to repeat every 5 hrs ?

Medicine can be given every six hours not five hours and why have you given half medicine a child can have a little more than half depending upon what is the weight of your child but it’s alright if the fever is in control with half a medicine you can continue with the medicine every six hours if you see the temperature is rising
