Hello doctor Meri December 2023 main delivery hua hai.. uske baad 16 March 2024 ko period aa gaya.. bleeding thoda sa hua spot jesa.. lekin abhi April main abhi tok period nahi hua.. Delivery ke baad period irregular hona normal hai yaa nahi

A. Hai good evening !! Post delivery irregular periods is normal due to harmonal changes,stress,low haemoglobin... But need to be conscious use contraceptive methods as there are high chances of getting pregnancy during post partum period. Consult gynaecologist if you have skipped periods for more than 45-60 days
