Q.

Hello doctor I m always sleeping left side so my one side boby pain wt I can do if sleep right side baby will not get proper blood circulation

A. don't worry.. you can take sleep on right side too. just avoid lying straight as it may put pressure over your spine. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. Who Said that to you if you sleep on the right side the baby will not have a proper circulation? It’s not at all like that you can sleep in any posture that you like to left side right side or in or on back all these posters are comfortable to go for You should only be sleeping in the posture that is comfortable for you
