Hello doctor, I have pain on joint between arm and shoulder..there is a numbness in my hand for last few days and I have trouble in breathing during night time whats the reason?

A. it looks like nerve compression. Any doctor or general practitioner can be consulted for same and if possible then specialist as this may require to be seen with proper examination for further treatment along with some test may be required for the same .
