Hello doctor i had my second c section on Jan 7th 2024 my feet or heels is getting pain when I walk or stand please suggest

A. you can start gradual exercises after 3 months further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...
