Hello Doctor I had C-section, my baby is now 3 month 17 days old should I start to wear post pregnancy bealts , if yes which would you recommend me to wear.

Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout
