Hello doctor I am pregnant 23 weeks and I have a problem in my ultrasound report written that PLACENTA IS lOW LYING REACHING OS. MATURITY IS GRADE II. please tell me what is actually meaning of this and suggest me what precautions I will take..

Shreya MitraMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy6 years agoA. Hi there! You will need rest. Please rest as much as you can , and by rest I mean bed rest. Placenta going down can be very serious for the baby and you. Please call your gynaec once to be on the safer side .
