hello doctor, I am 37 years old mother my baby is 4 months old I am not able to breast feeding to my baby please let me know how to increase my breast milk .

A. hi mam ,there are various ways to increase your breastmilk supply so for that ,first I advise to prefer homemade healthy diet. you can add or take some food items like nuts , dry fruits , drumsticks soup , sesame seeds ,fennel seeds etc more. you may take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day too
