hello doctor.. I am 33 year old, mother of 6 year old girl. can u pls tell me that can I take fish oil capsules? and which one will u recommend and what will be the dosage??

Yes you can take, the dosage , depends on your over all health, which would be ideally be fine to be taken after consulting the dr as well
