Hello Doctor, Can I take LUPINFER(iron) & AL MITY(calcium) tablets now as a lactating mother. These tablets I was taking during pregnancy.

A. yes you can continue the medicines for one month after delivery and then start with good nutritious diet along with milk intake which will help recover soon and also have adequate water and take to maintain proper hydration
