hello doc, my twin babies are now of 7 month and 1 week. but they were born premature (31st week). at what age should I start giving them water for drinking? and since winters are going on in delhi so how much times a day?

A. as they are now 7 month old, so you can give few spoon of water couple of times a day that's it.. not kore than one ounce a day.
