Q.

hello doc.. my child is e months old.. at the time of birth doc had given her zincovit and d3 drops.. should is need to continue these two now and if so till when I need to do please suggest..

A. it is ok for now. Breast feeding should be exclusively till 6 month of age. If not possible then only milk formula should be given. After that you can start with top feed along with cow milk .
