hello My baby is 45 days old. by birth doctor suggested zincovit drops and now how much time we need to continue the drops

A. can be used till 1 yr also . Breast feeding should be exclusive till 6 month of age of baby . If not feasible then only top milk should be given in proper ratio . After that can start with rice and pulse water along with cow milk .
