Hello Doc My baby is 5 months old. she had fever 100 last night . I gave her PCM. now it's 99 sometimes 98. Doni need to worried. should I need to go to see doc for her. no other symptoms. I know she got it because of cold. Thanks in advance

still she has 99.7 and sometimes 98.8. I gave her PCM 1 ml last night. Do I need to see doc for her or for is this okay?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the the as first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
