Q.

Hello Doc My 2.6 years old girl has fever and doing vomits after she is eating anything. Suggest something please

A. looks like stomach infection keep a watch on loose motion also if vomiting give antiemetic syrup as per babys weight give fever medication also keep a watch on loose motion or blood in motion
