#asktheexpert my son is 3 years old and he is not eating anything from last 2-3 days and before 2 days he vomits for 2 times and had fever also ..so whats the problem

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very common that during the disease process the child will have loss of appetite as well as after the disease the child will have decreased appetite for food and this will last for at least one week.
you have to provide plenty of water to drink and you can give food rich in fluids axs well as juice extracted from fruits which will help in improving the appetite.
if if the child is having nutritional deficiency the doctor will add multivitamin supplements to increase the appetite.
