Hello Doc, I am 9month pregnant and couldn't sleep ,I wake up suddenly in night , started feeling discomfort and Sweating..Also feels nasal passage block ..Lots of thoughts come to mind..Can't control my mind ,only thought come to mind that k operation karwa lu ..Why it is happening?

A. well relax n count fetal movement. if less then see a doctor ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
