hello doc...how do i explain my daughter about puberty n menstrual cycle....as she is now 11 yrs old....

A. thats not a big deal. you can read blogs on app i first cry. or try to show video. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
