hello doc from last 2days my baby eyes are stick every morning... yellow dirt collect in it... what to do. which drops can i use

A. it is due to cold .Running nose and cough cold are common during this time . Just steam as a home remedy for mild cough and cold . Ascoril LS for other cough . Also paracetamol for fever if any .
